Welcome to The
Rotary Club of Deloraine
Serve to change lives
Welcome to the Rotary Club of Deloraine.
We are an active voluntary service club, working to improve our community.
We run the iconic Tasmanian Craft Fair every November - with over 200 stalls, art displays, fine food outlets and entertainment, the Fair is the largest of its type in Australia.

Rotary is a non-profit service organisation, and the proceeds from the Craft Fair are re-invested into our community. Over the years, we helped develop the Meander River banks into the beautiful attraction they are now and have made significant donations to our local hospital and aged care facilities. The Club also helped start Giant Steps, a school and therapeutic centre for children on the Autism Spectrum located in Deloraine.

The Club operates the Rotary Function Centre, which offers venue hire at very reasonable rates, with discounts for community groups.

Each year, we run the Model United Nations Assembly (MUNA) for senior secondary students across the State, and a Learn to Swim and Water Safety course for primary school children. We also provide an annual tertiary scholarship for students in our area.

As well as the service side of Rotary, our dinner meetings on Tuesday nights provide good fun and food, as well as excellent guest speakers. We also have breakfast meetings once a month at our local cafe. See the Photo Gallery for pictures of some of our activities and people.
